GET YOUR NHS REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS FOR FREE Royal Mail has teamed up with Pharmacy2U to deliver NHS prescriptions to you, for free.

TRUSTED BY THE NHS Avoid unnecessary trips and queues to your GP or pharmacy by ordering your repeat prescriptions through the app.

It’s quick and easy to set up and it doesn’t cost you or the NHS anything extra. Simply order the medication you need and we’ll request the repeat prescription from your NHS GP digitally.

Your prescription is checked and dispensed by Pharmacy2U’s team of pharmacists. We’ll then deliver your prescription to your door for free.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN ONE PLACE

Avoid running out of medication Set prescription reminders so you know when it’s time to re-order your repeat prescription so you don’t forget. Choose how you'd like to receive them – by notification, text, email or even a phone call.

Manage your medication Easily add new medication, edit or remove a medication you’re no longer taking, all from your phone or tablet. You can even scan your medications and they’ll appear on your list – simple.

Track your order You’ll receive app notifications to keep track of your orders from GP approved to out for delivery so you know when your medication is on its way.

Award winning customer care Our customer care team are on hand if you have any questions about your delivery. We’re open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or 8.30am to 1pm on Saturdays by email or phone.

Free, flexible delivery We can deliver your medication to you anywhere in the UK for free – just update your address book with your chosen delivery address. Select your delivery preference to have your medication delivered through your letterbox, or tell us of a safe place to leave your parcel or if you want that extra peace of mind then you can choose to sign for it. It’s up to you.

The standard NHS prescription charge applies but if you don’t pay for your repeat prescriptions or have an NHS Prepayment Certificate, just let us know when you register with us.
