I have never given anyone my WhatsApp number and refuse to talk to anyone from Ghana or Nigeria because the apps warn you about those two countries. But even without me giving my personal information, I started getting unsolicited calls from Ghana

2026-03-21	To*****	I’ve used this app for about a year. I’m a gold member and all of a sudden I stopped receiving any messages also none of the messages that I send are being received. There is no customer service email, only a lousy FAQ section that does not explain why I’m a paying member who is not allowed to communicate with others on the site.

2026-02-22	Ku*****	The app logs me out automatically. I also find it hard to log in each time I leave the app both on website and on the app. It keeps saying an error occurred. Have created two accounts and it keeps doing the same thing. It really tiring. What can I do. I’m tired of starting over again!
