After playing it had bad sectors in the playing field. It won’t let you move to get matches. Wife has the same problem in the same place with different phone.

I started playing the game a few weeks ago and noticed that at certain times in specific areas, the game will freeze. But entirely, just in an area that would get me out of a jam. So I would have to match another item that I was trying to avoid to continue, almost as if it was set up that way. I contacted support and I’m still waiting on a reply. I’m very disappointed and also saddened that I had sent the game to a friend who also played begging yesterday. This morning the entire game froze on her. I’m just going to delete the game and advise her to do the same. The annoyance of the freeze ups aren’t worth it. Such a shame. This was a fun game to play too.
