Simply launch the app, select an experience, mirror your iPhone or iPod screen to your TV screen, and start shredding!

The Lakesurf Balance Board app now comes with a complete fitness module. Build your own custom workouts from our library of 75 exercises, or select one of our pre-built curated workouts and improve your strength, balance, endurance, and overall body shape. Each exercise is enhanced by uniquely using the Lakesurf Balance Board, meaning you get a more effective and fun workout.

Be sure to check out the included games, which will strengthen your core, improve your balance, and hone your skills while you play. Test your wave-keeping skills in "Money Run" - a game where you collect coins and do tricks to earn points while wakesurfing. Don't go too far forward or too far back on the wave or you'll lose it! Tune your balance skills while you play "Shape Shifter" - a game where you tilt your board to control your shapely avatar and direct it to go down the correct path.

The freeride simulator will help you learn the mechanics of wakesurfing - lean forward on your balance board to move your board on the screen up the wave, lean back to move back the wave, twist and lean side to side to carve up and down the wave. Learn to throw your tricks at the right time and in the right position on the wave. You can even do transfers from one side of the wake to the other!

Twist, rock, lean, and spin your way to mastering new wakesurfing tricks, and improving your balance and strength at the same time. Riding the balance board on its own is fun, but this app takes the fun to a whole new level. Go through the tutorial that breaks it down into 4 easier steps that you can practice individually before doing them all at once.

The Lakesurf Balance Board app uses state of the art motion recognition software to track and recognize the tricks that you complete, and store your data for later viewing. We recorded the motion of professional wakesurfers executing tricks, and used that data to develop algorithms that can determine how well you're executing those tricks yourself while you practice on your balance board. You can see how much time you've logged, how many reps you've logged and how many calories you've burned on a daily or weekly basis.
