Terrible experience with Digital MOFA Ethiopia. I spent days trying to reach them, and most of the time my calls went unanswered. Even when I managed to speak with someone, I received no clear information or timeline. I was repeatedly told that my case had been completed, yet I never received the PDF document by email. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
