eMaklum JANM

eMaklum JANM is a mobile app for the eMaklum Web System. It serves individual recipients (including federal civil servants) and government suppliers, enabling users to search and review the status of payment documents from 10 July 2021 onward, and to view the latest announcements related to the eMaklum system. The app does not require registration and provides access to key payment information, FAQs, and a feedback channel.

Key features include tracking EFT payment statuses (Sent, Received, Failed) and non-EFT payments (Issued, Canceled), downloading PDFs of payment documents, and submitting feedback. Payment data is retained for 18 months, after which it is released automatically; users can download important records locally. The app emphasizes secure access and user-friendly interaction for public sector payments.
