User Reviews

FontFlex offers deep font customization, per-site profiles, and runs locally for privacy, with strong accessibility options. It’s praised for reliability and ease of use. Common drawbacks are compatibility issues on some sites and platforms that can cause layout/readability problems when fonts are applied, and occasional bugs reported by users.
Pros
  • Extensive customization options: fonts (System/Google), adjustable size, weight, color, and per-site profiles.
  • Reliable and easy to use: described as a set-and-forget tool that just works.
  • Privacy-focused: changes run locally with no personal data collection.
  • Accessibility enhancements: dyslexia-friendly fonts (e.g., OpenDyslexic) and color-adjustment options for readability.
  • Per-site control: selectively disable font changes on specific sites and create profiles for different sites.
Cons
  • On some sites, font changes can break layout or reduce readability/contrast.
  • Some platforms or browser versions (e.g., certain Safari updates or iPadOS) may not work or behave correctly.
  • Occasional bugs or incomplete behavior reported by users on certain pages.

This is very reliable and works exactly how I want it to, idk what I'd do without it 💓💞💓 I've been using this for like a year and I'm not sure if I left a review so I'm doing it now :D

This font app is great for changing fonts in your browser and apps. You have a fall-back font to use that can be selected in case the font or site doesn’t accept the chosen font. There Many options to chose from to set parameters for your font! So, far it is working as described. The developer is helpful with any problems.
