I’m trying to figure out how I was charged $14.97 for a free app and still not about to login

Lately it’s extremely slow to load in, it literally takes close to five minutes to load and today it required to re-sign in but it doesn’t respond to touch. Basically it froze at sign in and anywhere you tap it won’t register. Do Better.
