App is extremely sluggish when switching to other pages and when navigating back to previous pages (like it’s busy thinking?) Kept getting screen that indicates the app crashed and to go use their Optality webpage. And then when you actually try to reserve a meeting room space (ex. at a WeWork on Concar in San Mateo, CA) it’s been 24 hours and still the app shows the reservation is pending. (Meeting is Monday thus the sense of urgency.) However I got an email from some other company called Upflex that I was confirmed. Then I got an email saying it’s not confirmed. And there’s nobody to call. No one. I used the web chat feature and there was no button appearing to click send (seemed grayed out). Using the chat in this app and an automated response said they’ll be back on Sunday. And that led me to see who I might know at Optality on LinkedIn - doesn’t appear to be any employees on LI. What? So I moved over to Upflex, and decided to ping their CEO/founder for help. No response as of this writing…
