Simply Reports

Simply Reports consists of two parts:

1. The mobile APP. With which you can take the photos you want, add comments or voice notes and send them to your administration panel.
2. Your administration panel. Where you can organize your photos in folders, and add comments. In the same way, you can generate reports, share them and store them in an orderly way.

Our challenge: Simply Reports was created and tested for 3 years by specialists in the quality sector.

Our objectives: Simplify the task of preparing reports.

1.- Take, group and automatically order the taking of photographs. 2.- Reduce the stress involved in collecting / selecting all the photographs taken. Maximize the efficiency of the report generation process. Produce reports in record time, without exporting photos and texts to excel or text editors. 4.- Streamline the sharing of reports.

As a result: Through trial and error, design improvements, implementing new features, etc., the Simply Reports design process has evolved over time.
