Densensitization treatment for Phonophobia, Misophonia, Hyperacusis

If you have a fear of loud noises (Phonophobia) or medical condition (such as Misophonia or Hyperacusis). The treatment is often desensitization.

Desensitization is the method of slowly building up a tolerance to something. This is where Phonophobia Pal comes in. By listening to a sound and gently increasing volume over time this can be achieved.

The app works by guiding you through the process of:

• Setting your volume to the correct level
• Creating a playlist
• Setting a duration for your desensitization session
• Allowing you to start, pause, or stop the session, or skip certain tracks

We've included over 100 built in sounds for you to desensitize yourself too. If we don't have a particular sound you want, you can record your own.
