Users report the hardware (grow lights) works, but the iOS app is unstable and unreliable. Repeated issues with the app crashing or failing to open—especially after updates and on iOS 18—are common. Scheduling and timer features fail or don’t persist, and registration/account setup often doesn’t work. Settings frequently aren’t saved, and there are several bugs and a lack of App Store updates. Overall, the app needs a major overhaul to unlock the hardware’s potential.

Recent reviews

Is there a new version coming soon? I have two sets connected. I generally manually turn them on via the app in the morning and although both of them auto is turned on, only one turns off with the timer in the evening. Otherwise it seems decent for what it is.
