Shopping list – Integrated within the planner allows clients to manage their shopping list and sync it with their coach.

Meal plans – Personalised and periodised meal plans shared by the coach can be discovered directly in the app.

Recipes – Clients can access over 150+ recipes designed to fuel training and support recovery, using simple and commonly available supermarket ingredients.

Library – Educational resources and content are stored in one easily accessible location.

Progress – Log weight, steps and sleep. Connect with Apple Health.

Messenger – The in-app messenger enables clients to stay connected with their coach, receive feedback, and access support from anywhere in the world.
