‘Weathering Well’ provides a structured low intensity mental health, wellbeing and alcohol and drug intervention using strengths-based motivational interviewing and other evidence-based techniques. It has been specifically customised to support improvement in the mental health and wellbeing of Australian farming communities experiencing adversity from drought and other climatic stresses.
