I purchased this app subscription because I was low on a battery in the city. There were multiple errors. First with the payment method for absolutely no reason. I tried a different card and then it finally worked. Then, the next error message appeared when I scanned the QR code. I could not access the services nor could I successfully rent the charger. I tried MULTIPLE times! I reached out to their support team probably over a dozen times now (which is crazy) and the employee John refused to refund me saying that I “used their services according to their data.” HOW? WHAT DATA??? THE DATA IS CLEARLY INCORRECT. I had to actually take the subway out of the way to purchase a new cord for my friend’s old portable charger she had on her because of this. MIND YOU IT WAS HER FREAKING BIRTHDAY!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I WANT A REFUND!

SCAMMERS!!! Absolutely horrible costumer service and just overall as a company. When I went to purchase a one time use, it only allowed me to pick a subscription. I accidentally clicked okay and now I have a charge of $67 for a subscription I never wanted. Costumer service is rude and refuses to issue me a refund, even after I said I would pay for my usage.
