User Reviews

User reviews are mixed. Many praise the app as easy and helpful for early wage access and biweekly pay gaps, but a large number report repeated login problems, failed transfers, and long-running outages. Technical prompts and mis-detection issues exacerbate frustration, and customer support is often not able to resolve problems quickly. Overall reliability is inconsistent, making it a useful tool in a pinch but with significant friction when issues arise.
Pros
  • Provides early access to earned wages (daily pay) when the service is functioning.
  • Helpful for people with biweekly pay schedules by bridging gaps between checks.
  • When it works, the app is easy, fast, and can feel reliable.
  • Can be handy in emergencies or urgent money needs.
Cons
  • Frequent login failures or being unable to log in, with repeated login prompts or errors.
  • Transfers often don’t work or the transfer button is unresponsive, preventing money movement.
  • Ongoing outages/technical issues lasting days or weeks, disrupting access and use.
  • Persistent prompts or mis-detection errors that force re-download prompts and block access to funds.

When the program works, it’s great. Unfortunately, it frequently doesn’t sync with Paylocity. Poor support. We’re going on 5 days with no ETA of a fix.

Won’t allow me to access daily pay records keeps prompting me to download this app complete trash. Had 90 dollars in daily pay now unable to access. I can see lawsuits happening. Company is fraudulent so. Now saying they overpaid me and probably won’t submit this review utter garbage.

For the 2 min it works as advertised, it’s great. However, the loss of time spent trying to log in and getting denied, and then uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling sucks. It lets me log in successfully about 1 out of 5 tries, which has dropped this last week to about 1 out of 15. Also not impressed with my employer who pimped us out to this company instead of going from bi-weekly to weekly paychecks.
