I wanted to like this, and the control it could provide for my heater, but I’m sick and tired of companies needing to store and harvest data about users. There’s no need for location data, no need for any collection of data or cloud services, as this heater has all the scheduling controls without the app. Simple Bluetooth would be enough. They’ve lost all perspective of how the customer gets value from their products. Had this been a simple phone app with Bluetooth and an elegant interface for setting the temp schedule I’d have been happy, instead I deleted the app and went to the trouble of doing the schedule direct on the heater itself. Massive fail. Zero stars if it was possible.

I am loving the new app update. The grouping features work great for my Airbnb’s to be managed all under the same account. 🤩 plus now I can control my mini splits remotely too. Our old mini split just had a remote that we lost all the time 🙄 We really love the heaters too. We have to save money where we can with our locations. They have been a game changer!
