The service we are forced to use in my neighborhood is terrible. The app is buggy. The kiosks never work right.

Extremely disappointed in this app. It’s asking for complicated personal information to be uploaded. It does not allow access to outside friends without them downloading the app. It seems like this app was only created to have more and more people on it when they don’t actually need to use it. It’s not user-friendly. It’s not convenient. I would not have downloaded it if my HOA did not demand it.
