Great app for pickups but man it’s so slow. I drove to pickup some lunch with the app loading and I made it to the restaurant 10 mins away while the app continued to load.

My rating is solely based on the app and not the service. The service the app provides of being able to find pick up games is a 10 out of 10, but this app is atrociously slow. They need to invest time and energy into optimizing the application. There’s days where I avoid playing pick up games because the app takes 10 minutes just to load up. The only downside of the service is the cancellation requirements. If you cancel within three hours, you do not get a refund. I found myself in a situation where I got a nasty injury during a pick up game and I was scheduled to play back-to-back games and I didn’t get a refund on my second game, even though the person that caused the injury was the person in charge of the game. Not only myself but two players who were playing with me who were also scheduled for back-to-back games were kind enough to take me to the emergency room and they also didn’t get a refund. I’m not mad that I got injured, it happens. It’s part of the game, but at least offer a free game or a makeup game because I paid for it but they won’t accommodate you at all.
