MS Active

The MS Active app is a tool for creating home or exercise programs and provides information for people with MS.

The app was developed by the FPMS to allow treating physiotherapists to create and compile individualized exercises and exercise programs.

Users can utilize existing exercises. Exercises can also be recorded as videos with instructions from the therapist or created using photos with descriptions.

The app also features a journal for documenting personal progress. Journal entries are presented informatively, sometimes with the aid of graphics.

The app provides concise information and recommendations about MS, living with MS, and exercise and training for people with MS.
