Booking flow is unreliable: services and employee names don’t populate, cancel reasons dropdown doesn’t work, and calendar data doesn’t sync between user and stylist.
Keyboard UI blocks onboarding (keyboard covers continue button; cannot collapse during sign-up/password reset).
App crashes on startup or when viewing booked appointments.

This app isn't reliable for communication or setting up an appointment you better off contacting them directly to avoid misunderstanding

I can’t complete making my account because the app Was poorly designed and the keyboard covers the continue button without a way to minimize the keyboard. Deleting before I’ve even been able to use it.
