Recent reviews

My local holiday store was bought out by circle k and they’ve been pushing hard to demolish the existing holiday rewards to the branded circle k app. It supposedly launched 8/24 for my store that I visit 5 days a week, sometimes twice in a day, so I downloaded the app for a seamless transition. Too bad the app doesn’t work, like at all. I visit daily yet it shows zero visits for my profile. I filled out the contact form for help and got some BS generic auto-reply in which I was told I would get 5 free visits for being a valued customer, however my account STILL says zero visits. I hate circle k app, bring back holiday rewards if you can’t even make your branded reward system function properly a full week after launching. It’s annoying enough that I’m considering switching to kwik trip for my daily coffee and breakfast… at least they have a rewards app that actually works.
