I’m 64 and post menopausal. I had been going to Orange Theory for 3 years. Loved the program but didn’t see any changes in my body or weight. I had a change in my schedule and couldn’t fit their classes in so I looked around and found Paulina’s program. I signed up for the HOME6 program thinking that maybe I might lose 6-8 pounds. She provides a daily schedule for your workouts…weights and cardio and your daily meal plan. You check in every Monday with your stats and pictures. I absolutely loved the variety of the program and also added her fitness app to pick up extra workouts. Well, I just finished my 6 weeks with a weight loss of 15 pounds!!!!! Pictures show huge change in my body. I’ve leaned out and put on muscle! I just signed up for her Transform 8 program. I absolutely love and highly recommend her programs!

Love how user friendly it is. Its really easy to see your steps, current weight, progress photos. Its great that each day there’s a different plan for your workouts. Highly recommend!
