ParkDSM reviews are largely negative. The most recurring problems are payment failures (Apple Pay/PayPal/cards not working or not saving), a nonfunctional locate-me feature, and widespread instability (crashes, API issues, logouts). The payment flow is slow and multi-step, and users report privacy/data-entry burdens and hard-to-delete accounts. While a minority found it easy to use and appreciated broader payment options in the past, reliability and usability have degraded, with many preferring kiosks or other apps for parking.

Recent reviews

Why use this when it charges you more than standard rate AND charges a “platform fee” for using the app? In person, parking might cost $1, but in the app it’s $1.50. A 50% increase for a service that should just be free for tax payers. Ridiculous.

I needed to change a payment method. And there was a “add payment” option, but it wouldn’t let you add a new CC. It only allowed you to set up a mobile wallet and put money in it. Since I don’t use the app much this is not a good option.
