Let's walk! TrackMSWalkingTM is an Application designed to assist people living with multiple sclerosis with monitoring walking parameters: the fastest walking speed over 25 feet and a 500 meters endurance assessment. The Application contains features that allow you to optimally measure your walking parameters, such as an augmented reality tool to mark your bearings in the 25 feet test, or GPS technology to measure the walked distance in the 500 meters test. After tracking your walking parameters, you can consult, monitor and share your results. This Application includes features that promote walking which carries some inherent risks. This Application is not a medical device. It is only intended for use as a personal assessment tool for users to collect information regarding walking parameters. This Application, and the information generated by it, should not be used as a basis for any diagnosis, medical monitoring or management of multiple sclerosis or any other medical condition. 275886E – March 2023
