Absolute worst customer experience ever they never fix my issue. They always close my tickets. I’ve done everything that they’ve asked me to do and they still will not fix it. They keep telling you oh I understand how frustrated you are but they never fix it. They tell you that it’s a priority ticket. They still don’t fix it even though you give them proof that you’ve done everything that they’ve asked you to do. It’s a lie after lie after lie if I were, you don’t get a TikTok shot because they will never help you.
