EquateAccess is the companion security app for EquatePlus, the equity compensation platform offered by Computershare and Equatex. It provides multi-factor authentication (MFA) to simplify login and add an extra layer of protection.

When you’re invited to use EquateAccess, install the app, register it to your account, and scan a QR code at login. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your EquateAccess PIN to complete access. The app requires permission to use your camera and must be configured by your company for MFA to function correctly.

I can’t get past the QR code. How am I suppose to scan when I’m using my phone in the app? I have to agree with the 1.2 rating. What “Genius” came up with this isn’t really a genius

There just doesn’t seem to be any way to log into the desktop website using the QR code. Banking regulation requires timely access to all customer accounts. I’m pretty sure they are in violation.
