EquateAccess is the companion security app for EquatePlus, the equity compensation platform offered by Computershare and Equatex. It provides multi-factor authentication (MFA) to simplify login and add an extra layer of protection.

When you’re invited to use EquateAccess, install the app, register it to your account, and scan a QR code at login. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your EquateAccess PIN to complete access. The app requires permission to use your camera and must be configured by your company for MFA to function correctly.

What is this app for? You can’t do anything with it. You can’t see the account, balance or anything like that. Is anyone watching this app. Everyone is having the same issue and it looks like nobody is doing anything about it.

I tried to reset the app the way they asked and it wants me to scan a QR code that is NOT there….Something has to be done this app is the worst one I have ever used. To make it worse it is a buy week so I can’t see what I paid for the stock this month… Thanks EQUITY NO ACCESS
