Core controls are unreliable in the app: temperature/mode adjustments often don't apply or are slow to respond.

You can tell this company pays their engineers very little and engineers their products stupidly. Every once in a while they will update their app, and surprise! All your devices are unpaired, you have to factory reset them all to get them to connect to WiFi again. All of your schedules are deleted, and you have to spend half an hour setting it all up again. So smart, Della.

Excellent 220 volt cooling unit. The mobile app is terrible; can only adjust temperature to lower, not higher. You have to change mode and circulate back to cool to make plus work. Also, stuck on celsius, cannot change to Fahrenheit
