This worked well for about two weeks. Then it would refuse to link the watch to my iPhone. When I contacted the help desk, they gave me all kinds of steps to try, none of which worked. They then suggested I uninstall and reinstall the app, and they would call me back in 10 minutes to walk me through the connection again. 12 hours later they still haven’t called.
