KFP Fitness operates personal training & coaching at a private studio located in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, in addition also offering online coaching to those further away.

Rest assured knowing you’ll be working with an exercise professional with extensive knowledge and experience around fat loss, nutrition, health & wellness, strength & conditioning, muscle building and sports specific training.
