Jane for Clients

This app is confusing. As a client, other apps I’ve used reflect the website more than just booking appointments. And the login needs to be the same as for the clinic websites. It’s odd to create a new login for just app usage. The place I would use it for doesn’t have online booking enabled and this app requires that because apparently besides messaging, that’s all it can do - it needs to add documents, booked appointments, and other functionality that the website offers. SimplePractice has a fully-featured mobile app for clients and so do MyChart and others. Even Healow by eClinicalWorks now works reasonably well. There just needs to be a new app developed for clients who use clinics that use Jane. Thank you.

Our clients have a hard time keeping track of their Jane account page, where we do all payments with card on file. We tell everyone to bookmark it, but we still have people searching it from Google and struggling to sign in. Not only that, but we have to specifically tell people NOT to use the app store version because people will download it and be confused why they can’t pay w/ card on file. If this app allowed payments it would resolve a lot of confusion and we could actually recommend it to our clients. It would make a big difference for us.
