Modern Yoga

I have had 3 excellent teachers this week. Starting Sunday June 1. Joyce A did such a great class for a cold and rainy Sunday morning. She had the class moving and my classmates were enjoying the poses and the real special workout. On Monday June 2nd Erin’s class at noon was fantastic. I really enjoyed the interaction with the group. We all enjoyed the class. I went home feeling energized. Today June 4th Lindsey did such a good job introducing a varied group of poses which really helped my body to stretch, balance and improve my core strength. I am getting energy from the teachers and pushing the use of my core.
