I would like to suggest an improvement to your app that could significantly enhance the customer experience. It would be very helpful if OTPs could be sent via WhatsApp, as this is often faster and more reliable for many users. Additionally, enabling direct communication between customers and delivery personnel within the app similar to what platforms like Talabat others offer, would greatly improve convenience, transparency, and overall satisfaction. These features have become standard across many service apps, and adopting them would strengthen Viva’s service quality and user experience.
