Recent reviews

The teachers are sweet but hopeless and despite trying multiple different options we asked for our refund (which we were assured would be quick and easy when we signed up). 4 months later NOTHING and nobody will answer calls, emails or requests logged in the app. It could have been amazing but they fail so hard on this. Really trust me do NOT sign up. And it’s not a small amount of money!! Thousands of dollars they refuse to refund.

The app is terrible and very glitchy. When we originally signed up, we were promised access to another education program, which they never provided. Even after complaining to their administration team, they never followed up.
