Ancient Games is an all-in-one Chrome app that brings four classic titles—Royal Game of Ur, Senet, XII Scripta, and Puluc—together in a single, portable package. Play offline or online, challenge AI, friends, and global players (coming soon), and enjoy cloud-saved progress across the collection. It features multiplayer-ready content, multiple collectibles (boards, game pieces, dice, nameplates), and multilingual support (English, French, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Spanish, German, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Turkish).

Currently four games are available, with about 40 more on the roadmap. Each new game will be added to the Ancient Games app and may receive its own standalone app. To save disk space, you can uninstall older single-game apps in favor of this all-in-one version. Recent reviews

Adds blast music and sound even if you have it turned off. And they are very long to just play another game. Makes me move on to something else. But the game is fun, I can’t find any ways to earn credits yet either there is no way or it’s too complicated. But I would like to unlock some stuff.

5 stars for reviving ancient games but -2 stars for non-random throws of the dice and for the use of the number zero for societies that didn’t know it existed. The most frustrating part of this game is when you’ll have your final piece one move away but then the game decides you’ve won too many times and it will never let you roll the number you need while let the PC player run a series of moves that lets it win. The game needs to use actual random dice and remove the number 0.

My brother Utuhegal convinced me to get this game and I swear on Gilgamesh’s mother it is the best thing I have ever purchased. It didn’t even cost me a single copper coin.
