Symptom Tracker is very easy to use and has helpped me track symptoms easily. The ability to easily add new sympyoms, and leave daily notes is great. And the ability to print & email my doctor my information is a game changer!

This app has helped me keep a track of all my symptoms for 2 reasons. 1. I can look back and understand and compare my days and how they affected my daily living. 2. I have the ability to send my monthly report to my PCP or pain management provider as proof to what I e been going through.
