I tried numerous times to create an account and it kept saying “served timed out”. I will be returning the dash cam and purchasing a different one. Clearly due to precious reviews, the company has chosen not to correct the issues with the app. Don’t waste your time!!

Saw a lot of reviews saying wifi’s not working or not able to download video via wifi, almost made me decide to return the camera also. Initially after connecting my phone to the camera’s wifi, it kept showing preview fails. But after closing and reopening the app and reconnecting the wifi a few times, I was able to successfully control the control with my phone. It has been working without problems now. To download the video, you have to first tap on select on the upper right cornern, then tap on the video you want to download and tap the download icon on the bottom left corner. The camera itself is well designed. The camera turns on instantly and the touch screen and menu are very responsive without any noticeable lag. The only annoying thing is it always start to record automatically whenever you return to the main screen.
