Recent reviews

I got this guitar for Christmas. It had a full charge, yet it said it needed to charge and was low. It then said it required an update, but it won’t update. I tried on both iPhone and MacOS. There was no way to manually or forcefully check for updates. The LAVA devs responded a few days later and released a patch that fixed it. I kept the guitar, adjusted the action, now it plays and sounds great with the built in speaker Thanks again guys!

Not only does the guitar cost $400, but the app also forces you to subscribe to some paid settings.

This is probably good software, but since it comes with no documentation that I can find, I really can’t test for myself. I have tried the online support videos but they are both outdated and lacking. I realize that the software is rather new and that new features are being added constantly, but at the same time users need to know what features are available and how to use the features. I have had instrument for a number of days now and am still in discovery mode and struggling with how to make things work. Developers - documentation is necessary- in my world you don’t release software until the documentation is available
