As a MN Fat Loss patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with MN Fat Loss in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

This app is integrated with Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, weight and other parameters directly with the MN Fat Loss app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for MN Fat Loss patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already under their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. MN Fat Loss uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
