2025-10-02 lu***** Bought two plans and after 3 days I’ve not been able to use these freaking SIM cards No service at all Customer service opened and incident and was told it would be 72 hours before id get a response as to what the issue is I was told it’s my iPhone that is not working NO IT IS NOT Tried another phine tgat works properly with another card and Lebara cards still don’t work Stay away from these thieves!!! When I requested my money back, communication stopped Thieves

2024-12-31 Cr***** I was sold a Lebara SIM at Alicante airport which worked fine for a month then I started getting text messages telling me to top up. I went into the app and topped up (several times) and eventually had to call customer service. I am still not sure how the app is supposed to work and why it did not top up correctly before- customer service told me I needed to be on ‘a plan’. I do not know if I am on ‘a plan’ as there is nothing in the app to indicate this. I think Lobster would probably been a better option.

2022-12-24 Lo***** Haré una denuncia, porque estáis timando a la gente, he recargado dinero y en mi cuenta se resto pero en la app no aparece el saldo que cargue para activar mi bono de internet. Desde que habéis cambiando a Yoigo la cosa va fatal, hora de que os denuncie y de cambiar de compañía. 8 años con Lebara y ahora va fatal.
