Whether your child is experiencing big feelings, worries, overwhelm or simply needs a calm moment and a safe place to express themselves, My Journey to Me provides enjoyable and engaging creative tools that support emotional wellbeing at home, in the classroom or alongside professional support. Children can share their progress and art within a shared journal, while parents can leave words of encouragement or stickers, using the Parent section of the app.
