I am trying to delete the app in child’s phone and inspite of giving the correct apple account verification it is failing to uninstall. I wrote to support mail id and there is been no response. This looks to be spam app and regret installing it.

I have been trying to unpair this app from my phone and my son’s phone. It required my iCloud password for almost all actions and it will not let me unpair our phones. I really am hating this app. I feel like I have to cancel his phone line to stop having to deal with this.
