Overall, reviewers say Ascension Rx is largely unreliable. Repeated login/MFA failures, logouts, and loops disrupt basic refills. The refill flow is frequently broken, and updating payment or address often requires a phone call. The app’s navigation and UI are criticized as confusing, with missing essential pages and poor visibility of order status. A small minority report a usable experience where prescriptions and refills are visible, but reliability issues dominate and customer support is inconsistent.

Pros

Shows doctors and medications in the app and lets you see how many refills you have and reorder from the prescription page.
Sign-up can work and users can view their prescriptions and doctors in the app, indicating the prescription-management capability can function when it works.
The app exists to manage prescriptions on mobile and is designed to replace some in-person or phone-needed tasks when functioning.

Cons

Frequent login issues and MFA problems causing repeated sign-ins, timeouts, and automatic logouts.
Refill flow often fails or loops back to login, preventing refills from completing.
Very poor UX with no clear home screen or easy navigation and missing essential in-app features like a dedicated My Prescriptions page; poor visibility of order status.
Glitchy, outdated app with reports of minimal updates and incompatibility with newer devices.
In-app updates for address or payment are unreliable; many users must call to make changes.

Recent reviews

I wish there was a way to track the shipment of the prescription on the app and/or the website; and a way to see the price of your refill before submitting the order. You should also be able to adjust the quantity of a refill. Example: instead of having to get 3 Freestyle Libre sensors, you should be able to adjust to 1 or 2 if you’d like. Or if you only want a 60 day supply of pills, you shouldn’t have to fill 90. I understand there being a cap but we should be able to at least lower the quantity. This should all be adjustable in the app instead of having to call.
