As much as I would like to use the app rather than schedule online, if it doesn’t work, it’s useless. Keep trying or get a better development team. Can’t tell you the last time I saw 1.6 app rating for a reputable company.

Once you download the app & create user & password it requires you to save a card on file to pay the bill. Why not just pay at the website? Making a lot of effort to pay a less than $20 bill. Might be a good reason why some people don’t pay the bill.
