Actions for Shortcuts is a Chrome extension that adds a broad set of useful actions to the Shortcuts app. It lets you automate everyday tasks with actions for text, lists, dates, images, URLs, encryption, and more—expanding what you can do in Shortcuts without writing code.

Note: due to an iOS bug, you must first launch the Shortcuts app and then restart your device for the actions to appear. These actions do not run on Apple Watch or HomePod. The extension includes a large catalog of actions such as Add to List, Encrypt Text, Get Image Location, Generate UUID, and many others.

Absolute necessity for anyone interested in utilizing shortcuts. Apple should include these features by default. Unbelievably great and seamless. Developer deserves 5 stars.
