As a coach that was looking for a platform with easy access and best experience for my clients- I had so many issues with them btw the setting up process to the actual maintenance that messed up my launch and many of my clients reported issues signing in- on their side they never took ownership or any accountability. Don’t recommend for the price you pay…

Aria breath is an amazing app for all levels of breathers. It has awesome breathe sessions and a lot of education for those who want to know the whys and whats of the affects of better breathing!
