Download as free and the game my grandson did not care for it, did not pay it for 30 minutes and so far have been charged in less than a month $40 dollars Deleted and stiil been charged. Tried to get a refund and was denied. Do not download is not worth it.

2026-04-20	La*****	Warning to anyone that may download- Do NOT do it!! I never leave negative reviews..but this has made me super upset. I never purchased this subscription, yet have been charged $9.99 a week for two weeks. I downloaded the app for my toddler to play for what they offered free. My toddler played it and wasn’t that into it so I deleted it. I then realized I was being charged $9.99 a week, unfortunately after the 2nd payment!! Although I canceled right away, I still have to pay for something I’m not using nor authorized payment. My toddler must of clicked purchase. The thing is I have where I have to do Face ID or password and I never did that. I do not understand how my son would have accidentally paid. Never has happened and he plays games frequently on my phone!! Now for an app he played a few minutes on I have been charged $20..very upset! I should be refunded and if I do I will update this review. If not, do not download thinking your toddler will get to play for free and be surprised with the ridiculous $9.99 a week!

2026-01-21	An*****	Update following reply - I understand how the Apple Store charges work. But I was never refunded after I cancelled within the trial period. I sent a complaint to Apple and they denied refunding. Maybe this can be looked into? It says 3 day free trial & then plan offers, I selected $49.99/year following 3 day free trial, so but once selected it charged my card that amount. So there was no free trial. I read other reviews about the cost and the developer responds saying there’s a free version. But like other users, I was unable to access the free version and was immediately required to choose a paid plan option. Maybe the developers don’t realize they have it set up wrong? I requested a refund & cancelled 2 hours later simply because it doesn’t process as described.
