RMI is the new cloud computing based system for remote operation, energy monitoring and maintenance of Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning solutions. RMI has been designed to use Smartphone and Tablets to remotely control cooling, heating and hot water production while continuously monitoring the system state with the aim of increasing its operating efficiency. RMI also allows to detect in advance possible field problems giving the opportunity to service the system minimizing system unavailability time and increasing both comfort perceived by the customer as well as plant energy efficiency. RMI allows you to view standard technical and operational reports and charts on the system; you can generate your personalized charts for custom accurate analysis by energy managers, facility manager, system operators.
