CNM Food Rider

CNM Rider is the delivery partner app for CNM Food. Log in with your rider account, complete onboarding and KYC when prompted, and once you’re approved you can receive orders, navigate each stop, and manage your workday from your iPhone.

HOME & ORDERS See what needs your attention on Home, open incoming offers, and browse your full order list when you need history. Follow guided flows for pickup, waiting when the kitchen is still preparing, and delivery—including maps to the restaurant and to the customer.

NAVIGATION & UPDATES Location is used to keep your position accurate during active deliveries, including in the background when required, so customers and operations can see progress along the route. You’ll also get a notifications tab for alerts and updates in one place.

EARNINGS & PAYOUTS Review earnings by day and week, drill into order-level earnings, and check payout history and transaction details so you always know what you’ve earned and what’s been settled.

PAYMENTS ON DELIVERY When an order needs payment at the door, use the in-app flows you’re assigned—including cash collection and UPI/QR steps where supported—so handoff stays clear and traceable.

PROFILE & PERFORMANCE Update your profile and bank details, view ratings and performance summaries, see incentives and bonuses where available, log leave requests, and review terms when you need them.

HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT Raise issues, open support tickets, track ticket status, browse your issue history, and contact the team from the help center.

CHAT Open order chat threads when messaging is enabled for a delivery, so you can coordinate without leaving the app.

CNM Rider is for approved CNM Food delivery partners only—not for ordering food as a customer. If you want to drive with CNM Food, apply through your city’s partner program, then use this app once your account is active.
