I deposited money into my account and used it shortly after. Days later, I got an email stating that my account is negative. Now I have to wait 1-3 business days for my deposits to clear. So, when I deposit money into the app, it is still pending? What is the point in linking my bank? I could deposit money without linking my bank if I want to wait for the money to transfer.

This app has been fantastic! Nice and easy to use and so far has worked like a charm! I had an issue that was due to the long weekend with the bank holiday- and the representative Ryan I spoke with was so incredibly lovely, and he really went above and beyond to help me. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!
